We appraise both individual documents and complete collections. The fee for our appraisal is agreed upon between the parties, based on the time invested and the estimated value of the items. This appraisal process is founded on continual reassessment, as the market is never monotonous or static. A thorough knowledge of the prices of autograph and iconographic documents necessarily requires an in-depth understanding of the international market. To achieve this, we monitor all major public auctions and maintain an archive of reference catalogues. In addition, our regular presence at French and international fairs allows us to accurately track market trends and developments.

We purchase, upfront, both individual documents and entire collections, with no budgetary limits. Our criteria reflect those of our catalogues: documents must have significant content, be in good condition, and come with verified provenance. An important item that you wish to sell through our brokerage services may just as well find a place in our annual catalogue.
