Making a reservation:
Documents can be reserved in the following way,

-by telephone (+, and SMS.
We usually respond within less than 24hrs.
Any reservation will have to be fully paid within 7 days. Past this delay, we no longer guarantee the reservation of the document(s).

All prices are listed in EURO currency.

Le Manuscrit Français gallery may change the cataloguing and details without any prior notice. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not engage the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the site is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry these products into their territory.

Certificate of authenticity:
Upon purchasing one or several of our items, and on your request, we can establish a certificate of authenticity which engages our responsibility. Our invoices already act as such certificates.

We accept payments in the following ways,
– par bank check (French only) addressed to « Laurent Auxietre SAS »

– par PayPal to the following address:

The sending of the documents is processed the day following the reception of the payment (except during holiday time).
All documents are sent with solid and safely adapted wrappings. The sending is processed via La Poste by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and with tracking system.
The use of DHL / FEDEX etc. is also possible but will require a specific quote depending on the country of destination.

The listed prices do not include delivery. Whether buying one or several documents at once, we do charge EUR 10,- for worldwide delivery.
The transport is free of charge worldwide for any order exceeding EUR 150,-

For all valuable documents to be exported abroad, we ask (unless already available for certain of our documents) for an export certificate from the Archives de France (legal and mandatory formalities which may take between 1 and 2 months)
The Manuscrit Français is not liable regarding the possible customs fees and/or import taxes which may apply in the recipient countries.

Retention of property:
Le Manuscrit Français retains the property of the sold item(s) until the full invoiced amount is paid.
The buyer commits, until full payment is done, not to dispose or undertake any right over the sold item(s) whatsoever.

According to consumer’s law L121-20, the buyer benefits of a 14 days time frame, upon receiving the item, to use his retraction right. The buyer can return the product for part exchange or full refund, with the condition that the item is returned in exactly the same condition as when originally sent by Le Manuscrit Français. In the event that the good is returned damaged or altered in any way, Le Manuscrit Français has the full right not to accept the returned good. Return charges at to the buyer’s expenses.

The aforementioned terms are established in accordance to the French law. The parisian jurisdiction is the only competent court in case of litigation.
