Beautiful letter from Cocteau, adorned with an original coloured pencil drawing, about his collaboration with Karajan and his exhibition Terre et Cosmos

Cocteau would travel a few days later to Vienna, where he would be received by Herbert von Karajan to finalize a three-way collaboration with Igor Stravinsky for the opera Liberi, Vos Liberabo: Oedipus, Act I.
Cocteau had been working for more than a year on the monumental exhibition Earth and Cosmos, which was eventually held in Paris, on the Champ-de-Mars.
